Dannielle Sakamaki
Centre Director/ Nominated Supervisor
Dannielle started at MLS in 2016 after 4 years on the floor and being in the Educational Leader Position, Dannielle stepped into the Director Role. After building a strong relationship with the MLS community and finding a passion for creating a positive and supportive work environment for the educators it was the natural next step. Dannielle will find any opportunity to be on the floor engaging the children in stories and reading.
Georgia Xirocostas
Educational Leader
Georgia has stepped into the Educational Leader role in 2024. She is passionate about inspiring the MLS team to create engaging and meaningful learning experiences, programs and environments for the children. Georgia takes a collaborative team approach to her Educational Leadership as she likes Educators to share their ideas together creating a positive team dynamic. Georgia is very creative, creating new resources and visual tools for the children and educators.

Joanna Hsu
DIPLOMA- Lead Educator
Joanna got her qualifications while working at MLS and we watched her grow into the confident and reliable Lead Educator she is now. Joanna’s passion is with the toddler age group where nurturing and building independence is the daily focus. If you want something completed to perfection, you ask Miss Joanna.
Sophia Zecchin
CERTIFICATE III - Co-Educator
Sophia joined us in 2025 and begun her traineeship, which she has recently completed! Sophia was a natural Educator from day one and is now an important part of the Joey Room Educator Team.
Sophia is always present with the children in her care.
Zoe Stephens
DIPLOMA - Co-Educator
Zoe has dedicated 4 years to MLS and has worked throughout all age groups. Zoe loves to draw and is very creative, she often shares this with the children, and they love to draw with her. If you want to have a good laugh.. find Miss Zoe.

Pradeep Poudyal
ECT - Lead and Co-Educator
Pradeep has joined our MLS team in 2026, however you wouldn’t know it was so recent. Pradeep is a passionate and hands on educator who is keen to learn and grow as an ECT at MLS.
Pradeep is someone that both the children and the educators can rely on, always.
Rachael Woolley
DIPLOMA- Lead Educator
Rachael joined MLS with a wealth of knowledge both as an Educator and as a cook. Rachael focuses on the individual child, ensuring all children access the program and can rely on her. Her learning environments value natural materials and focus on building problem solving and creativity skills in children. WIthout a doubt, Rachael will be alongside the children as they learn and explore.
Situ Shrestha Khairgoli
DIPLOMA- Co-Educator
SItu joined the Sunshine team at the beginning of 2022, she has brought with her years of knowledge and experience to share with us. Situ plans and implements group time learning experiences that capture the imagination and interest of the children in her room. Situ is an Educator you can guarantee to always have a smile on her face.

Georgia is passionate about building a fun and engaging program for the children in her room. Watching the children develop and grow into independent individuals is why she loves being an educator. Jocelyn Zhao
ECT - Co-Educator
Jocelyn joined the Sunshine team as a new ECT graduate but has shown great passion and dedication as a teacher. Jocelyn has stepped into the Koala Room this year and is learning about running a transition to school program.
You will always find Jocelyn busy doing something, setting up spaces, engaging with the children, helping out her team.
Jessica Castle
DIPLOMA- Co-Educator
Jessica started her career at MLS in 2022, she completed her traineeship in 2023 and then her Diploma is 2025. Jessica has gone from strength to strength as an educator and leader at MLS. She loves to learn alongside the children and provide opportunities for them to explore their interests. Jessica is always reliable and will help out anyone with anything she can.
Natasha Hulme
CERTIFICATE III - Co-Educator
Natasha joined the MLS team at the end of 2024 and has completed her traineeship with great passion. Natasha stepped into a fulltime roll in the Koala Room this year as the Inclusion Support and does a great job to support all children through learning and the routine.
You will always find Natasha having fun and enjoying her time with the children through play and learning.

Andrea Matulac
Trainee CERTIFICATE III - Support Educator
We were lucky to have Andrea join our team this year and begin her career in Early Childhood. Andrea brings with her teaching experience from the Philippines and has hit the ground running to become and EC Educator. You will always see Andrea engaging with the children through play.
Thi Pham
CERTIFICATE III - Support Educator
Thi joined our team recently has a recent graduate Certificate III Educator. Thi has a calm and gently nature with many children being drawn to her already. Thi always has a smile on her face.
